## Basic Workflow

**1. Create or Import Repositories**

- Create repositories manually by adding questions

- Generate repositories automatically with AI

- Import `.evalisRepo` repositories from other users

**2. Manage Questions**

- Add questions to your repositories

- Configure answers with scores and feedback

- Include multimedia resources

- Organize by difficulty and topics

**3. Create Tests**

- Select one or several repositories

- Define the number of questions

- Configure scoring and aesthetics

- Choose between dynamic or static test

**4. Execute and Evaluate**

- Take the test by answering questions

- Receive immediate scoring

- Review results and learn from mistakes

- Check progress statistics

**5. Share and Backup**

- Export repositories and tests

- Share content with other users

- Perform backups regularly

- Import shared content

## Key Concepts

**Repository:**

- Collection of questions on a topic

- Can contain unlimited questions

- Basis for creating tests

- Can be exported/imported

**Question**

- Minimum unit of assessment

- Has at least 2 answers

- Can include multimedia

- Has explanation and feedback

**Answer**

- Answer option to a question

- Has score (0.0 to 1.0)

- Includes educational feedback

- Can have multimedia

**Test**

- Assessment based on repositories

- Selects questions automatically

- Can be dynamic or static

- Records results in statistics

**Result**

- Record of a completed test

- Saved in statistics

- Includes score and answers

- Allows educational review

## Advanced Features

**Artificial Intelligence:**

- Generates complete repositories from scratch

- Creates questions on specific topics

- Produces quality educational feedback

- Supports multiple providers (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq)

**Multimedia Resources:**

- Add images to questions and answers

- Include audios for languages or music

- Resources are exported with repositories

- Limits: Images 5MB, Audios 10MB, Videos 50MB

**Scoring System:**

- Allows partial answers

- Calculates averages automatically

## Import and Export

**File formats:**

- `.evalisRepo`: Complete repository with questions and multimedia

- `.evalisTest`: Test configuration (without questions)

**Export:**

- From the menu of each repository/test

- Select "Export" or "Share"

- The file is saved on your device

- You can send it via email, Drive, etc.

**Import:**

- From the main menu (import button)

- Or by opening `.evalisRepo` files from the explorer

- Multimedia resources are imported automatically

## Important Recommendations

**Regular backups:**

- ⚠️ Export important repositories weekly

- Save `.evalisRepo` files to the cloud

- Data may be lost when updating/uninstalling the app

- There is NO automatic cloud synchronization

**Organization:**

- Use descriptive names for repositories and tests

- Take advantage of categories and tags

- Group repositories by topics

- Keep tests updated

**Content creation:**

- Each question must have at least 2 answers

- Add educational feedback to all answers

- Include explanations in complex questions

- Use multimedia to enrich content

**AI usage:**

- Configure at least one AI before generating content

- Test the connection before using

- Review and edit generated content

- Best results with GPT-4 or Gemini Pro

## Privacy and Security

**Local data:**

- All information is saved on your device

- There is NO cloud synchronization

- NO data is sent to Evalis servers

- Only API Keys are used to communicate with AI services

**Sharing content:**

- When exporting, only educational content is included

- Personal statistics are NOT shared

- API Keys are NOT included in exports
